DOT&PF has created committees to provide feedback to the Project Team throughout the PEL Study. The committees have an important role in the project and provide meaningful feedback to the project team.
Agencies and Tribes Committee
The Agencies and Tribes Committee (ATC) engages Tribes and local, state, and federal agencies and organizations in the PEL Study process and to gather their input on the corridor needs and potential solutions. The ATC is composed of members from the following organizations:
- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
- Alaska Department of Natural Resources State Historic Preservation Office
- Municipality of Anchorage
- Anchorage Watershed Management (wetlands, floodplains)
- Anchorage Parks and Recreation
- Municipality of Anchorage Historic Preservation Commission

Community Advisory Committee
The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) represents local business owners, property owners, neighborhoods, potentially impacted groups, and stakeholder groups in the PEL Study process, and to gather input on the corridor needs and potential solutions.

Technical Advisory Committee
The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) evaluates specific technical aspects of the PEL Study and provide detailed analysis, comments, or input in areas of subject matter expertise.
