The PEL Study process will involve many individuals and groups to inform the study, develop and screen alternatives, and review the Draft PEL Study. This includes agencies, Tribes, elected officials, utilities, emergency responders, businesses, nonprofits, community organizations, and the public.
We are committed to conducting a process that is equitable and responsive to the needs of traditionally underserved communities. This means:

Seward Glenn PEL Study Project Joint Meeting with Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Anchorage Metropolitan Area Transportation Solutions (AMATS), Municipality of Anchorage (MOA), and contractors |
Input from the community and stakeholders is an essential part of the PEL Study process. The project team encourages you to share your thoughts about the project because it will help us develop the best possible solutions.
DOT&PF has created committees to provide feedback to the Project Team throughout the PEL Study. The committees have an important role in the project and provide meaningful feedback to the project team. Learn more about the project's committees on the Committee page.
